| I was looking for a top hotel in the Phoneix/Scottsdale area that was free from the spa/resort atmosphere and the languid service mindset that often accompanies such places. The Ritz Carlton fitted the bill with the usual quality service and accommodations. The restaurant closed early for my liking but I understand that is the norm in Phoenix, and the breakfast offerings made up for it.
Staff was courteous and efficient and the rooms very comfortable. |

| The Ritz by name alone sums it up - the staff was great. The location was perfect for my meetings and having something to do afterward. |

| The care giving all it's customers is second to none as always when staying at the Ritz, but the shower was dingy and the food we tried was no good at all even with the excellent service. |

| Ritz-Carlton Phoenix is an example of what "outstanding hotel" used to mean. Staff, accommodations, and restaurant all exceeded expectations. Have already recommended to others and would stay there again. |

| The first impression of the Ritz service was outstanding as advertised. The little things count with this hotel. They make a point to make you their VIP. The location of this hotel is very convenient to Biltmore Fashion Park shopping which is excellent. I'd stay here again. |

| The hotel was very nice, especially for the reduced rate we received. The staff was very helpful. The only thing that was missing was a jacuzzi next to the pool. The firepit near the pool was delightful on a cool winter evening. Breakfast was very nice and or waiter was very helpful with information about local attractions. |
