Recent Ritz Carlton Phoenix Review: "I was looking for a top hotel in the Phoneix/Scottsdale area that was free from the spa/resort atmosphere and the languid service mindset that often accompanies such places. The Ritz Carlton fitted the bill with the usual quality service and accommodations. The restaurant closed early for my liking but I understand that is the norm in Phoenix, and the breakfast offerings made up for it.
Staff was courteous and efficient and the rooms very comfortable."
