| I would go back there is a minute if I had the time and money. Perfect spring break location. Good for families and couples without kids too. |

| EVERYONE at the Desert Ridge Resort was on their A game for customer service especially the doormen/valet and the breakfast staff. Roy's dining experience for both dinner and Happy Hour was wonderful! |

| Large resort just north of the loop. You'll need a car, but otherwise not too far to Paradise Valley restaurants, or to Mayo Clinic. This resort seems to cater to families, who enjoy the many pools, and to golfers. My sons enjoyed the 2 designer courses even in the 105 degree heat. Look for a discount package if you are into that. Breakfast good, with made-to-order omelettes, but expensive. Meritage steak restaurant also expensive, but very good. The hotel was well-kept and rooms comfortable and tastefully done, but what most impressed me here was the service- everyone was well-trained, cheerful, and helpful. |

| Very nice property. A bit pricey during peak season. Only negative was service at pool. Took forever for a waitor to come over. Also, room service was a bit late. Rooms are spacious and it was nice to have a balcony. Very busy hotel and the pool is great for kids. |

| Able to check in early and get adjoining rooms. Staff very friendly and accomodating. Comfy beds, nice room w/ small balcony. Spa was wonderful! |

| the hotel and its grounds are beautiful. the lazy river was the reason we stayed - so we could beat the heat!! it did not disappoint. a great time for all ages. the hotel staff in all areas of the resort were very friendly and helpful. we cannot wait to go back. |

| The hotel was great, but in addition to the "resort fee" I was charged for parking fee each day.
This is rediculous. It should be included in the information posted for the hotel. Otherwise the JW is a great place to stay. |
